Ariana Aimani
Product leader turning complex systems into seamless, high-trust experiences at scale.
About
For the past 10 years, I've worked on the infrastructure underneath experiences people depend on: identity verification, patient records, healthcare platforms, and enterprise integrations. The kind of systems where getting it wrong has real consequences — and getting it right is invisible by design.
I've shipped at every scale — from 0→1 launches to platforms serving 220M+ users — across some of the most regulated, high-stakes environments in tech. I've led teams through ambiguity, secured tier-1 partnerships, and built products people rely on without thinking twice.
Outside of my day job, I'm a Director at Paramount Caviar, my family's caviar business, where I've doubled e-commerce revenue and led brand collaborations from the ground up. It keeps me sharp on the operator side — and honest about what it actually takes to build something people want.
I'm based in New York. I think in systems, move fast without breaking what matters, and care a lot about the craft.

CLEAR - Strategic Partnerships, Healthcare, and Unified Authentication
At CLEAR, I own the identity platform that enterprise partners build on. I launched the Epic Systems integration that became CLEAR's healthcare playbook, led IAL2/AAL2 certification placing CLEAR among only six companies globally to hold both standards, and reduced partner onboarding from months to under a day. The result: $XXM+ in new revenue and a platform that's built to scale.

Walmart - Health and Wellness Identity Platform
Few products I've built have mattered more in the moment than Walmart's Digital Vaccine Record — deployed to 220M+ weekly customers and helping people get back to work and life during the pandemic. That was the flagship, but the deeper work was building the identity infrastructure underneath Walmart's entire Health & Wellness ecosystem: account creation, patient matching, verification, and a platform that could scale across pharmacy, telehealth, and clinics nationwide.

AbleTo - Patient Experience and Revenue Cycle Management Platform
Mental healthcare has an access problem. AbleTo was built to solve it — and later acquired by Optum. I joined early to own the patient experience and platform product, where I cut no-show rates, grew therapy enrollment by 13%, and built the company's first patient acquisition product from scratch. It was my first lesson in what it means to build something that actually changes how people get care.
